Was it the chase where they first tried that K just leaves the vehicle but the cop stuck with him and didn't pursuit the car. Then they did the same but with Vinny and doesn't chase and says that this man has differend kinda arms to justify why would they first time stick to K and try to detain him and take the mask off but then suddenly needs a reason to not do that when someone else leaves the car 😂 Yeah the masks does nothing else than keeps you from warrant (if not voice id'd) and maybe buys time to argue until cops force the scenario into taking the mask off or you get out by a pick up or whatever. The cops don't even try to look like they would ooc know who is who and what to do based on that.

The reason why there are always so many cops during pursuits is that every cop on the server wants to be involved, and they're never told to leave the chase by the leading officers when there are too many people involved.

Simply wrong. The reason why units pile up is that you have 3 interference vehicles constantly involved. So there isn't 10 cop cars on one crim car the others are for the interference. If no one interfered the units would stay normal.

That's why your best option is to make a coordinated attack at the same time so that they cant add units. Not to play bumper cars.
