Throwing a repair kit out the window that would never stop a car but because you know the mechanics of the game you throw it knowing it will stop a car. Is that not some form of meta/power gaming? Im not sure on exact definitions of those words but if i owned a server full of streamers i would ban for that, no questions asks. Eg. There is a fire hydrant in the city that is indestructible and we use that to our advantage, that is fine because the issue is the map and no one placed it there on purpose, free use. The repair kit while is an issue of the mod WAS place there by someone on purpose as a way to cheat the game/chase. It would always be a 24 ban that never goes up and does not count towards a perma ban. Just flat out 24 hrs if you do something like that.
