What I love about Ramin's Enjolras is how he genuinely feels like one of the Amis. Not just their leader, but their friend. The little fond quirking of the mouth when everyone starts encouraging Marius...He is exasperated by their lack of focus, but he is FOND. He loves them, he loves them when they are serious and loves them when they are silly. I love it so much. And the way he can put emotion into a single look is brilliant. I know he is good, but he is GOOD. Also, he and Grantaire are incredibly touchy and I live for it :D

Ramin and Hadley’s interpretation of their relationship goes back to Victor Hugo’s novel. Very authentic .

I love Aaron Tevitt’s portrayal but the way that Ramin feels like an actual part of the group, smiling and interacting with people while also pulling focus back to the revolution. He’s so vibrantly full of charisma and passion, as the book describes him, while still being the steady leader that drives the people (.. :/) to revolt.

Even though Phantom is easily his magnum opus, Ramin Karimloo feels like he was born to play Enjolras.

I honestly think Warlowes Enjorlas is the best ever. His power and range is just that little bit stronger

Ramin’s Enjolras is the best ever. Tops all the others, and I say that not because I am a Ramin fan. He has not only the range and the power but also the emotion and the acting ability. Just watch the expressions on his face. Incredible! There’s no one like him.
@morrisminor7211 ай бұрын
Anthony Warlow has a fabulous voice, but perhaps not the beauty and heroism of a very young Ramin Karimloo. I would probably not follow Warlow into battle…. Let’s face it, beauty is an unfair advantage everywhere.

I feel like Ramin's history with revolution probably helped him with this role, especially Enjolras' passion for revolution.

Marius: "Had you been there tonight you might know how it feels..." Ramin's little gesture there, like 'That's nice, hold that thought' is cracking me up 😅, and the shrug at "What was right seems wrong" is just like '... so? Your point?'

Do you remember where you saw Les Mis? Ramin was in it in London from 2002-2003, 2004-2005, 2011-2012, in Toronto from 2013-2014, and on Broadway from 2014-2015 if that helps 😂

Honestly… I like Gerard Butler, but… nnnnggghh, if we had been graciously granted this man as Erik, it would’ve felt both less creepy and he would’ve served as a better representation of a mentor. I appreciate what Gerard tries to pull off, but… mm. He just doesn’t give me the vibes, y’know? Well… until the very end of the movie.
