Their ancestors were Hindu and they still seem to follow those traditions so yeah it is a Hindu wedding. These parties are from culture which is Hindu. Islam is a middle Eastern religion and in Islam weddings aren’t like that it’s just a simple nikkah. This is Hinduism period.
