Ramkarpal: Who will watch the watchdogs?

DAP’s Bukit Gelugor MP Ramkarpal Singh called for the setting up of independent bodies to “watch the watchdogs” such as Australia’s Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC) and the UK’s Independent Office for Public Conduct (IOPC) that would be accountable to Parliament and prevent cover-ups.
