i used to listen to to this as a kid in my fathers car a while ago, since then it has already been ten years and always wanted to search the song myself. i knew the melody but not the lyrics for obvious reasons but finally im here. the nostalgia was amazing, this made my day

I heard this 20 years ago and still think it's the best Das model cover ever made. They should be playing this during their shows as a tribute to Kraftwerk. Amazing! ❤

At some point I noticed that this song does not sound quite like rammstein and to no surprise found that it's originally by kraftwerk. I liked the sound in rammstein's version better, but kraftwerk induces that weird feeling for nostalgia towards something I never even had.

Ich finde Rammstein version etwa brutaler und agressiver, aber das ist Metal, ich würde mich bewundern wenn diese Version zärtlich und weicher wäre. Melodisch klingen beide Versionen toll.

Версия Крафтверке похожа на японскую каллиграфию, такая же минималистичная, а версия Раммштайна как живопись экспрессионистов, "мясисто " и размашисто. Нравятся обе версии. Под настроение.
