I think this Intro with DJ Richard is a tribute to Kraftwerk (Techno Pioneers of Germany) and the Rave Culture which came up in the 90s in Germany. And fun fact. Richard is a DJ certified by the state of former GDR. You had to do this certification in the GDR to be able to play music comercial from vinyl infront of people. The german word was "Staatlich geprüfter Schallplattenunterhalter".

Rammstein are at a point in their career where they can just do whatever they like to do - if Richard wants to be a Techno/Trance DJ, fine, they just do it in front of 60000 people. Thumbs Up. And yes, clearly also an homage to Kraftwerk!

What one also should consider is they are playing in the city which most suffered from the Germans in WWII. Apr. over a million victims and even more. And everybody should „Deutschland“

I remember seeing that at the concert in Berlin and we were so surprised at the dance-show! It was so weird and cool and SO funny and we had such a great time during this. Richard used to be a DJ some time before Rammstein and they let him do some DJ-stuff at many of their shows. I think he still enjoys it a lot ;)

I saw 3 Rammstein shows in 2019 and I have to say that in my first one, I was just like all these people in this video. But in second and thirt show, I was enjoying it more. And I love that band let him do that plus they agreed with the dance. Super cool.

When I first saw this DJ Kruspe Deutschland I was shocked because I didn't expect something like this at a metal concert. Than I just laughed because I find it realy fuunny when boys dance like Idk robots or something. Now I realy appreciate it,. It's a masterpice to do something no one expecst. It's RAMMSTEIN baby! :P And I'm pretty sure Richard's doughter Khira is a DJ now, maybe it;s a family thing :P

Yessss!I was waiting for this!😍this live version of Deutschland was great!maybe,this was a tribute to another german group,Kraftwerk,that in 2019 lost one of their group's component...If you wanna see Richard again in action as deejay,you have to take a look to the live version of Buch Dich,2012,in Montreal..great reaction as usual...the live shows of 2019 is on another level

I *love* this guy and his enthusiasm for Rammstein, their songs, their stage presence, their creativity, and the band members of which he knows every single name, even the keyboarders artist-/nickname *Flake* ( btw: the >a< is spoken like in the English term "artist" = _"Flaaake"_ ). And it seems that he has even a special *favorite* - namely *Richard* (hardly a video in which he does not mention him at least once). And every time my grin is going even a little bit wider then... And at every Reaction-Video of him that I´m watching I must laugh and sitting in front of my PC with a big wide grin that I even still have on my face if the video has long since ended. I enjoy his reactions - every time. It's so funny to watch an American and his enthusiasm while watching videos of and about Rammstein... ...especially for a German like me who is a huge Rammstein-fan of the 1st hour! (And who could understand this better...?) 😁 He has a sense for the huge work that stands behind all this... ...and the competence of the band members and producers. And he is one of those who already have early recognized, that Rammstein represents so much more than just another band loud stuff producing... ...and did also early begin to be interested in the meaning of the lyrics, of which he´s every time - rightly - impressed, and also because of the poetic which Till Lindemann as the songwriter is bringing to express in every line.

Great reaction as always. You must remember this is a metal concert LOL. I saw them in 2019 and I knew about this DJ set (Richard has his DJ moments some times. Check Buck Dich live). Before the gig, I thought this would be a boring part of the show but I was surprised how entertaining it was! People were really into it. No one ever thought they would do a silly dance in the middle of the show. That was so funny! These videos from phones don't exactly capture what's going on with the audience.

Another awesome reaction. I must say you are the best at Rammstein reactions. Your channel is fun and it’s great that you present a little bit of everything, so there is something for everyone to enjoy. You’ve made it through the videos but there are still heaps of Rammstein goodness to react to. One video I recommend that is quite wholesome. A musician and fan of the band upload a video of him playing 50 of his favorite Rammstein guitar riffs. Schneider found it on KZbin and the band invited him to play them at their 2019 release party. The video of him playing at their party is on KZbin and is incredibly sweet.

Holy Disney Metal Land! The best live band ever! And the most impressive point: they take fair prices for the tickets! For their - won’t believe your eyes and ears - show! Thanks and shout out to Rammstein for performing for fans and not for soulless wallets of „lets invite our business-partners“!

Oh this was so much fun watching you discover this!! You look so happy ; D * so many questions * xD Also, be kind to the audience, I bet they haven't got as much experience with raves ;,D Also, the synth "Woooh!" with the audience replying - do you recognize it from somewhere? ;) It's probably "very relaxed", as the members aren't the most skilled dancers ;) I love it though! You said you were expecting this from Flake, but dress Paul up like this as well and you won't see him standing still for long ;,D This whole thing is very un-like Rammstein xD ------------------- Oh, HERE you mentioned the eye of Sauron! Never mind my earlier comment on your first vid, then xD Also - this is Russia. They always seem to have flairs in the audience over there ;,D I just love the lazer show for this song! The red ones are obviously a reference to the music video. The white ones work really well here too, building up the density :D The edit for this performance is just amazing. The shots are great, and the timing is just awesome! :D Thanks so much again for the reaction, I enjoyed it thoroughly!! ;D

That techno Deutschland is before the original Deutschland, and that remix is in the single, and guess what, that remix is made by Richard. In my opinion he like to do that live version of the remix because his daughter, Kira Li Lindemann is a DJ.

I mean, yeah sure Till had a break. At least at this show. Because when they played in Vienna he was busy filming under the stage with Zoran. ALLEGEDLY (you should react to that video at some stage. Haha)
@leventecsuka5023 жыл бұрын
To this day I can figure it out if it was legit or not. I showed the video to one of my friends who is really into movie making and working on videos and he said that he thinks he can see a cut in there. Which could mean that it is two separate takes, and he didn’t do it during the show. My friend could be wrong tho. But the way I know Till he is really putting himself into the live shows mentally and I don’t believe he would do something like that and go out to the stage to perform IMMEDIATELY after getting a boner and playing with groupies.

Reminds me of Jean-Michel Jarre in terms of style. PS: 10:15 Flake is already wearing his special fireproof coat. I hope you will see it when he really needs it. 13:04 Look at that idiot. A Russian makes the Hitler salute, even though that represents over 20 million dead compatriots.

there‘s actually a little story about this performance (as you asked where’s Till). once, during this remix, when the other guys were doing their job (dancing and… whatever richard did), till had „fun“ with two fans right behind the schneider‘s drums. there’s literally a video of this and it was showed at „lindemann“ concerts. after that, schneider unfollowed till on insta (but i’m not sure if it was a real reason, but chris definitely wasn’t happy for his lovely drums, lmao)

11:30 Only Rammstein could make Russians in Russia shout "Deutschland Deutschland über allen" Note: The Nazi anthem has the phrase "Deutschland Deutschland über alles/Germany above all" But Rammstein turned it into "Über allen/above everything"
@tosa25223 жыл бұрын
The saying "Deutschland über alles" (Germany above all) originally had a different meaning. It originated when Germany consisted of many small states and is considered a call to unite. Later on, this was reinterpreted as a claim to be a world power.
