The story behind: I tried to do Engel for the 1st and 2nd album, but I didn't like what I was producing. Engel is one of the Rammstein tracks you need to have be very careful to cover or remix. This track is one of the most loved songs by the fans. My version wasn't good enough to pay a tribute for it.
Sometimes I like to browse for other fan-made Rammstein remixes on KZbin. One day I came across with Lily's version and I felt in love with her track! I listened to it over and over and over again. I felt that her version paid a well done tribute to the original song and it fitted with my theme of the album. (Rammstein + electronics). I asked her permission to include her version in my 2nd album and here it is!
The name of the remix. Well, for this one, I want you to go to read the lyrics of the original song and find out why I named it "Fallen Engel".
I have been a Rammstein fan since 2003. One of my craziest dreams is to one day produce an official remix for them. If you liked it, please consider to share it with your friends. Thank you!
