Why do these covers soud different than Rammstein? Not very different, just the guitar sound. I'm no music expert so this might be a dumb question. Is it the studio/mastering know-how or just different guitars or something? Most of the time a cover is made it just sounds different

Different Amps, Mics, Mixing, Room, Speakers, Guitar, Tone settings on the Amp, Preamps. Lot's of factors come into play with the tone of a guitar.
