The idea behind the song is a child born from an experiment, but the band has confirmed that it is also based around the childhoods of both Till Lindemann and guitarist Richard Kruspe. Richard spent a lot of his teen years on his own, running away from home due to a very shitty environment, leaving for the first time at age 14. Also, Till's voice is amazing, but Richard plays the guitar with so much soul and passion. I love it and get chills every time I listen to the song.

This concert was shown in cinemas in germany. Was fun, only a few people, headbanging all the time and applauding after every song :)

Funny story about their pyrotechnics. My uncle was head of FDNY Explosives unit for a long time. He denied the flame throwing guitar for Rammstein, said it was bit too dangerous. He was embarrassed after tho. lol

I felt the same way. You have to like hold your pee for them to come to the US. They’re mostly in Mexico and Europe. So I got on a plane, stood in a stadium in pouring rain and saw them. My only regret is not getting tickets for the Feur Zone. Next time Ich Will 🇺🇸 🤘🏾
