I feel like frozen heart has some anti synergy on rammus because it slows their attack speed and you want them to be hitting you as much as possible for reflect damage. Against yone and a crit adc I think randuins is a solid alternative

just pick if they have 3 ad or more, especially the toplaner. also avoid the true dmg matchups or magic dmg matchups like garen, darius, fiora, chogath, mord. avoid tank matchups, and build dmg (armour). the baus always does thornmail, sorcerer shoes, evenshroud then gargoyle
