i did Rammus with Heartstell so let explain: 1- If you want to use it, this item needs to be the first one you can get around 500/700+ depending how long the game will go and how aggressive you act on the game. 2- I don't recommend using flash with heartstell you won't have damage better use ignite especially on early game where Rammus is strong. 3- When doing Hearthstell make Dawn since this item does burst damage bused on your health.

no, please dont build heartsteel on jg. if you think, no, you know the game will be long FROM THE BEGGINING then buy it, otherwise, dont, the time you spend on ganking, stacking will not worth it if it's a short game

Heartstell is without a doubt the best HP item on the game. It does damage and it is a stack item differently from that HP mana item that no one uses, but to be good this item needs to be the first one to build.

How can u know how long a game will be going lol im master+ and u can never tell that a game is gonna be short game just played a game we went 4v24 in early game and wanted to surrender but at the end it went late and we won a game after we went 25v7 and then it went again late but we won so you always wanna end early even if u pick late champs as gwen, jax, jinx and and and
