The tip on suspending clusters from a wire like on the glam lantern is a game changer for me!!! I loved elements of each lantern. I also think using scrap garland as a filler is genuis! Thank you Ramon...you are truly a talented man!

Hey Tanya, another tip, use old Christmas trees! You can usually find them cheap at yard sales, thrift stores etc. And even for free after Christmas because often people will throw out their artificial trees but you can dismantle them, cut them up and use them for wreaths, garland and filler. You can save a ton of money this way. Happy Holidays!

For the project using the materials attached to clips, which came from Walmart, I love that idea. And it is easy to make those yourself. Use hair clips and attach to your materials. It makes them easy to put on, easy to take off, and easy to store for another day. And if they are suitable, you could put them in your hair, attach to a hat or even a jacket lapel.

One of the best things ever for safety!!!!!!.... ☺ I love the real candle flames.... nothing like it (the battery operated do come close) BUT every Christmas there is a house fire from a candle or candles!!!!!!!! ..... 😶 A few years ago there was one in my town!!!!!! Someone had left a candle I think under the tree or by the window but it was near the tree!!!!!! I had to go by that street because it is a main road!!!!!! I got instant "goose bumps" and even today!!!!!! There was a huge hole in the roof!!!!!!.... :( It was a 3-floor apartment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My uncle and his family once lived on the first floor!!!!!!!!!!!! (That is where the fire started)!!!!!!!!!!!!!...... :( We had lots of gatherings at that house!!!!!!... ☺ Those houses belonged to an uncle of my Godmother!!!!!!! Luckily no one got hurt at that fire, Thank God!!!!!!... 😚 And I think it was because no one was home!!!!! The house has been repaired!!!!!! ☺ Imagine though, the fire started on the first floor from a candle and traveled all the way to the 3rd floor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... :( I suppose they forgot about it!!!!!!! But also, a flame sometimes can go up "high" so it is extremely dangerous!!!!!!!!!.... :( It is not something you take chances with!!!!!!!!! I put this here so that everyone will be extra cautious during this upcoming season and ALWAYS TOO!!!!!!!!........... 😚☺🤗

I loved your lantern tutorials! While they were all so pretty, the GLAM lantern was just gorgeous! I LOVED the bling and that bow. Seriously, I could see that selling in a high end store. There's nothing better than creating something that looks like a million bucks, yet knowing that the secret is in choosing inexpensive supplies, and knowing how to put it all together. There are endless DIY videos on KZbin, but I find them hard to follow and can't stick with so many of them. Yours is definitely one to tell others about and share! Not only are you talented, but you are a great teacher. You speak clearly, look into the camera, and you are very easy to follow along. Ramon, watching this was a treat and you are charming and adorable! The small lantern shows how simple it is creating a swag and bow and removes the “fear” of messing up. When I saw just the top of the second lantern it took my breath away- I’m not joking. I was so glad you adjusted the snowman so his head was visible through the arch of the woodwork on the door. Thanks for demonstrating a different technique on the beautiful farmhouse deer lantern. The last one puts the glam in glamorous. I suggest adding a few gold ornaments to the swag itself. DIYers, leave about a fist-widths space (depending on the size of the bow) in the middle of the swag for the bow - if you have very small hands estimate the space you think you’ll need.
