Thanks a lot! My signal chain is: Guitar into a Marshall DSL5C amp; amp cab is mic'd up with a Shure Beta57A, signal goes into a Focusrite Scarlett Solo USB interface into my PC and audio software. Hope this helps.

@@cryptoalchemist10minutes44 I use Cool Edit Pro, a rather ancient sound editor, but it has everything what I need. It's successor is Adobe Audition which is very expensive and I would probably use maybe only 20 % of it's potential. I just download the original song in the Cool Edit multitrack screen and with the built in equalizer I remove as much of the original guitars as possible. Then I record my tracks by playing along. I always record 2 rhythm guitar tracks (and leads when required) and pan them approx 70% left and right. (leave the leads in the middle) After that it's a matter of balancing the overall sound. My camera is either a Yi 4K action cam or an iPhone 11 pro max (2,7K or 4K) on a tripod and I'm using 2 studio lights. Hope this helps.

I use to use cool edit pro too about 15 years ago it's very good for free. Thanks again I will post you a link when i get my channel up. I warn you I am a big lillingtons fan :)
