In the resultant graph after t=3, the amplitude should be (-1) that means signal should go down the axis and then it will constant at (-1) amplitude

Ramp with negative slope cannot be called as a decaying ramp..decaying signal is that whose magnitude reaches zero at some point

Ma'am you said at 10:12 that from -2 to 2 we have decreasing graph and also -3 to infinity rising graph so you take resultant graph as constant 1. But from 3 to infinity we have rising graph as well as from 2 onwards we have decreasing graph in this case you take it zero as resultant graph from 3 onwards. I don't understand 🤔🤔

Akshay Gadge.. As you say r(t+3) is increasing ramp similary the 2nd ramp -r(t+2) is decreasing ramp... If take the difference you can find a constant....

Analysis differs based on question.. the terminology is always decreasing ramp or negative (SLOPE) ramp never decaying ramp... ramp is always incremental function towards positive infinity or negative infinity... never decays i.e becomes zero
