The A-Team is, in my silly opinion, the most underrated movie of the 2010s. You don’t get a lot of cold opens in movies, but the A-Teams cold open was worth the price of admission alone, then you get an entire movie after the Mexico introduction of the characters. And the rest of the movie is unapologetically awesome. They flew a tank and made you believe that it might just be possible, if only for a second.

the problem being the movie didn't launch a movie career, and realistically he could've been getting paid 1 million a fight if he had stuck with the UFC, or something close to what upper midcard darlings that the UFC keeps around. The main issue I see with Rampage fighting Rashad is that there is no guarantee he could've ever beaten Jon Jones and gone anywhere higher. I think he peaked with A-Team

I grew up in the 80s watching The A-Team first run. Movies are going to flex certain series runs meaning that they are going to compact two or three seasons into a 90-minute or possibly 2-hour run time. I enjoyed the A-Team movie and thought that all of the characters were well represented. Rampage Jackson in my opinion was very good B.A.

I've heard that residual checks can very well be as small as Rampage says even though I didn't believe it the 1st time I heard it. Even for A-list actors like Denzel Washington who has also confirmed this on record. Denzel said they can still be that small, talking less than 5$.

lol how do you know? He was not a A-list actor, he was new to the movie industry. Although it was a blockbuster film, that doesn't guarantee you a lucrative deal. Every film has a budget and at the time you had guys like Liam Neeson (Taken), Bradley Cooper (The Hangover) who were on tears in Hollywood. There is no way he got the same pay as they did.

Rampage had a crazy ass fight contract at the time. He made the most of any fighter in the ufc. He got ppv points and appearance fee. I think he means, if he had fought he would have made more money than doing the movie?
