I saw this latest video about Rampur food. I feel you tasted more food compared to your other videos. A clear indication you liked the food from your heart. Rampur Nawabs employed the best cooks and food quality and taste was not less than Lucknow & Delhi food. Although most dishes are a deviation from the authentic Rampuri cuisines. I myself belong to Rampur though living outside India. Most dishes I see now are an improvised versions. Some popular dishes which are now extinct are Nargisi kofta, murgh musallam, Stew, Zarda etc
