Stafford is definitely the MVP but Verse has been spectacular and looks like the real deal.

Verse is a beast. He gets a little army on tackles and sacks but hopefully he will take better angles as he adjusts to the speed of the game

Mcvay is the clear MVP. He builds a culture like Mike Tomlin, an offense like Kyle Shanahan and is the most personally accountable head coach in the league. Dude is highly regarded but still severely underrated.

Problem w/ McVay is his vanilla playcalling. Teams know what he's gonna do.

After a loss, he always talks about looking inwardly first, then he responds with one of his better playcalling performances right after these tough losses every time it seems. Rams rarely lose 2 in a row under Mcvay

@@Flirken1 He runs the same thing every time. Single back, vanilla run plays to Kyren or whoever. Stafford drop back, simple short crossing routes to Kupp / Puka or whoever. Red zone, plays conservative. It works because the players are so good and 1/2 of football is execution. He's no Andy Reid or Kyle Shanahan.

I thought that it was a brilliant move bringing in both Verse and Fisk. They've been the most anticipated pieces of the Rams for me, and they're really starting to show their abilities as a tandem. I suspect that their numbers will only improve as the season goes on!
