No offense to the hex beam assembly--I think it's first rate. But how old is the stone wall behind you, as well as the stone house off camera to your right? Forgive me--here in Alaska I don't tend to see structures older than about 1945.

Hi Brian, Cheers for the comments, you should be good at installing them now hi hi. Perhaps you could offer your services as a fitter :-) Lots has been talked about in regards to a 3 elle Hex but the rewards are not that fruitful in the gain department. A company in the USA made one but I see the page is off line and the reviews were not good, says it all really. Will stick to what I know :-))))
