There are actually several of them now. There's one crossing along the Bergen line in East Rutherford with e-bells, and a number of crossings along the Lower Coast Line have them now.

Yes they are. It's the main reason e-bells are so common at railroad crossings nowadays.

Those are all the stations on the Port Jervis Line west of Suffern. That train was a Port Jervis train that mostly makes local stops all the way up.
