@@gahlautdeepika Yes, I can definitely tell you. I started by gradually reducing my dinner and after that I stopped dinner completely. After this I started fasting for 24 hours. In between the fasting I take green tea and black coffee. Another thing is that in the interval of 24 hours I take only egg, brown rice and salad and I do not eat sugar at all. I have avoided sugar related things like biscuits, muesli, conflakes, jam, bread, tomato, ketchup and many other things. If you need more information then please feel free to ask. Have a nice day.
