Sudden swelling of cheek after eating food is most probably due to Parotid gland swelling which might happen because of stone in the parotid duct or inflammation of gland. In both cases do get it looked at by a physician, if it’s a stone ,it can be removed and problem solved.

Hello Fatima 👋💕 I'm a doctor and I'm watching you right now ... you just got Parotid gland swelling its actually swelling of cheeks usually around the ear ... and nothing to be worry about its salivary blockage ..you must drink lot of water... your dehydrated ... drink lemonade more ... if you are taking any drugs just stop taking ... if it doesn't go away in 1 week and causing pain and tenderness just Go to Doctor cuz its bacterial infection ....they will give you medicine and it will be absolutely fine 🥰

im dental surgeon ,,,apko severe infection hogia hai ...go to some maxillofacial surgeon and he ll suggest you to have an OPG that is full mouth xray ....i would suggest to go immediately bcz later it can create more prb for you ....u need antibiotics.

Heyy, this doesnt seems like an allergic reaction, get it checked by a dentist it is probably a salivary gland swelling, sialolithiasis. Just a suggestion since i am a dentist.
