Morning one glass warm water with apple cider vinegar (one tbl spoon ) , plus one glass warm water with chia seeds and lemon After half an hour 2boil egg whites with skimz milk glass or bullet proof coffee (9:00am) 2. Apple with nuts 4/5 at 11:am 3.lunch 1:00pm cabbage soup 250 ml to 300ml 4. Noon black coffee with lemon 5:00 5. Dinner 7:00 pm any salan with 1/4 roti and salad or u can take chicken piece also 6. Green tea before sleeping
