Ran Takahashi had a Serious Injury... Get well soon Ran !!! Ran Takahashi was injured in the match against volleyball team Verona in the 16th round of the Italian Volleyball League. Monza led with a score of 2:0. At the end of the third set, Ran Takahashi was injured during a jump. In the end, Verona won with a score of 3:2. Get well soon Ran !!!
Ran Takahashi (髙橋 藍 or たかはしらん, Takahashi Ran, born 2 September 2001) is a Japanese male volleyball player and an Olympian. He plays as an Outside Hitter for Nippon Sport Science University's club,[2] Japan men's national volleyball team and Vero Volley Monza.

I believe , Verona did a take-off after that incident, Monza could have won it in set 3. After the incident, it turned out Verona rallied until 5th set. Hoping he'll get well so soon His great reception, good digging and attacks were missed. But the most important of all, Ran's safety and fastest recovery

2:30 you can see in slow motion, his left foot had landed over the other side likely from the set being too close to the net and also the opponent's right leg was on the line (still legal) which prevented Ran from everting his foot back into proper position for good landing. Not really anybody's fault, just a heated game. Common lateral ankle sprain position. Wish him well!!

Twisted ankle heal fast usually 3-5 days if they had injured the same part before but if its the newly area it would take around 2 weeks. Sorry for bad english😂

That completely depends, if he has a bony ligament avulsion it could last for 2 or 3 months… There are just a lot of different ankle injuries
