I agree! At one point Robyn even said to him “you’re shaking” 😳 I felt the whole tree/chainsaw situation was very unsafe. If I were Robyn and he wouldn’t listen to me, I would’ve removed myself from that situation. It could’ve gone bad. He falls those trees but doesn’t know what he’s doing. My dad used to fall trees (we live where it’s cold) to sell the wood but he knew what he was doing. He had been doing it since he was young. Kody is dangerous.

Christine allowing her youngest to be at the wedding with purple hair shows she, rightly so, puts her daughter expressing herself above some dreamed polished wedding styling she might have. And it is indeed not her fault the show is putting so much of her wedding and build up to it on tv, they probably are filling the hole left in the episodes after the passing of Janelle's beloved Garrison.

Truly's purple outfit and hair was similar to David's purple shirt he wore under his tux. Paedon also had a matching purple tie. I suspect that they all coordinated that. Truly is such a cool kid. She reads a lot. Christine said Truly's not a hugger - yet she hugged them both, and said such kind words to her mom. I'm so happy for all three of them: Chistine, David, and Truly. (and for Janelle's, Christine's, and David's kids to merge so beautifully!)

I think Meri marks the time of her divorce by the spiritual release. Watching her, it seems that is when she finally began to deconstruct her beliefs. Meri was thoroughly indoctrinated for close to 50 years. Its gonna take her a minute to inravel all that. She is beginning to though!! Breaking the sign, dismantleing the quilt, banishing the flower arrangement to a cemetary, seeking council from others who've left the faith, giving away old furniture. Its all part of her process and Im proud of her for it.

I would rather watch the wedding episode all over again rather than K and R being dramatic about cutting down a tree.. The house wasn’t even that close to the tree… unless that was a different house but either way it looks like he would have to cut 5 more to clear the view.. Seems like they put it in there just to have something they could film. Robin’s clips about being outsiders are just so stupid… You are not an outsider of the family you are now 2 different families now! You chose to separate yourselves from the rest of the family so you are getting exactly what you wanted. The lack of brains and common sense between these 2.. I’d like to say I’m shocked but c’mon is anyone? It was nice to see the clips of the kids at her wedding. They are so happy for her and they really love David which is nice to see. I’m happy that Christine got her happy ending but I think this also helped Janelle, her kids and Christine’s kids heal a bit. They all get to experience this wonderful moment and be included in the love. She didn’t find her true love and suddenly black list her kids.

My favorite part of the tree portion was the super safe moment when he left the chain saw was left RUNNING while it was jammed and subsequently freed. Freed while running leaving it super “safe” and flying out of the tree. 🙈
