I looked at this ranch last year,unfortunately 350 miners were killed in a mine explosion in a coal mine on the ranch...I guarantee the ghost of those men are there, they were never buried they are in the mine still....it’s in the middle of the property, I wouldn’t touch it!

Big mistake. They will overpopulate the ranch. Many will get sick and die..It won't happen overnight, but it will happen. During times of drought, many will starve. Hunting will put wildlife managers on the property to manage the herds and keep them healthy.
