It's sad to have such a great place to go ride but then you have some that don't appreciate it enough to even pick up after their self, we always leave our stopping spots better than we sometimes find them, I enjoy watching thanks for posting

Really good video. You may know by now but when it's wet like that it's way easier and worth the $20 the lady across the street charges to park on her property and they park people in a organized maner.

Yeap, FYI after 20 minutes of the incident airbags deployed and the truck made it a block away reaching home when all lights in dashboard staring to flashing and engine went out, insurance was called and truck was total loss. ​@FloridaFAM

So I just found out about rancho's so I'm new to the scene therefore I'm NOT a property owner within ranchos nor do I know ANYBODY who goes there and I live in Lakeland should I just stay away from this park because I'm not trying to get my stuff impounded or fined. Any info would be great. There is no page for this place official or unofficial I've found.

We are owners, you need a key to get in or go with an owner. We have kids so we go in the morning and avoid the crowds. There can be some unsafe drivers (ex speeding in the entryway) where people are loading/unloading.

You have to have a key to the gate. You basically buy a deed for a small fraction of land. I think ours was $300. Worth it.

Lol we went to Rancho last weekend and it was dry as heck. It just depends on how much rain there is.

That place is a disaster. There's no control over what people do. I wouldn't call it kids friendly at all. Stay away. You are right about most of it. Pee and crap in the water. Glass and sharp objected in the water. Swimming in the water Will make you sick. Again, STAY AWAY. This is not a safe place to go.

That is why we only go at slow times. There are lots of crazy people doing stuff that is not family friendly on nights and weekends. If you go early in the morning you’re good though. And we always wear crocs, never go in the water barefoot! This is exactly why I made this video. I think if you know what to expect as a parent you can make a more educated decision rather than showing up at the wrong time and being surprised. 😬 I also can’t stand the people who speed around like maniacs near the front gate. 🤦🏻‍♀️
