In so sick and tired of Blue Parrot and All the connectivity troubles I've had with them headsets so i just bought a clear dryve 100 and I'm already liking it better.

Agreed. I've had no issues with my set. And the other side of the line usually can't even hear me driving. I wish they would have came out with a better colorway than that lime camo lol I will say for sure that the break in period does take some time. Its definitely a benefit that you can swap sides. I have no complaints.

*Update* i did try a 3 ring mic wire, the connector is too thick for the port, therefore you can not mic in to your phone directly. From my experience. I still use this headset every day! No issues! Long battery life!

Does it come with a dongle for laptop connection? Considering this headset for my work from home job.

Great question, so it does, but only for hearing. You would need a 3ring type to get voice out.

Can you use it just for phone calls and still have music play through the truck speakers?

No. You probably wouldn't want to wear it idle, one it does get uncomfortable after extended periods of time, that really goes for just about any headset for me at least, and it really does insulate your ear from outside noise, is usually not a great experience when trying to listen to music while wearing. You can connect multiple phones to it though. When a call comes in through the truck speakers you can throw the headset on, power it up and it will automatically answer the call. Thats what I usually do.

Haha my bad man. I get that alot. I was expecting the mic to pick it up but it wasn't i dont think. Ill have some updates on the headset soon.

i can't explain the positive reviews. My experience has been poor, such asL Poor battery life for sure; heavy and unbalance over head; after disconnecting from being out of range, does not automatically reconnect; and cheap to the feel (all plastic, and not the heavy kind (I see this breaking somewhere,...and soon). i cannot speak for the noise cancelling feature however. All in all, the most unappealing headset I've had, which have been close to a dozen.

Wow! Kinda like finding the right ammo for your firearm. Your head is going to find a headset it eventually likes. After going through dozens of headsets I’m sure this could be challenging! I haven’t had any problem with mine. Still kicking after all this time. McNally even sent new ear pads free of charge
