Yes that's probably because he was going to lose her to Jeff which was something he did not want to see happen.

God I hated Miles....he knew at some point she was Fallon and married to Jeff and had a child with him but he still wanted her for himself even with amnesia,plus he always claimed Jeff was no Colby but at the end it turned out Miles was not a Colby.

Did anybody ever notice that since Alexis and Sable were cousins that meant Alexis and Francesca were cousins too making Fallon 2nd cousins to BOTH of her husbands Jeff and Miles ..

But that's not entirely true because the Reunion Movie said they were brothers, and Fallon went back to Miles only for Jeff to ruin it for them again.

@@diversalinvestmentsllc5244 they were supposedly half brothers....but Alexis said that Jason wasn't Monica's (and therefore not Miles') father. Many fans don't accept the reunion as canon but some fans don't accept Sable's "story" as canon either.

@@maestroclassico5801 there were rumors circulating in the tabloids at the time that upon season 10 returning, that several new and old faces would be appearing. This was all pre-announced before the show was canceled. One of them was for Miles returning, and the story would reveal that both Monica and Miles are of Colby blood. They just wouldn't have been Jason's kids though. The father was to be either Andrew or Cecil. That would have thicken the plot more so thereby making Miles and Monica cousins again with Jeff. Furthermore, Sable was to marry Blake. No mention of Dex or the baby. And laslty the woman in the car outside was to be either Dominique or a newcomer possibly played by Faye Dunaway as a long lost affair to Blake and who has ties with the stolen art collection.

@@diversalinvestmentsllc5244 I heard that about Dominique too but she wouldn't have called them "Carrington and the girls" . From what folks have told me it was a new character played by Lauren Hutton....I think that actually might have BEEN her in the car or her voice anyway. But I DID believe that Dihann Carroll was rejoining the show in season 10 as there was mention of her in season 9. There was also mention of Jason but alas...no Chuck Heston (Spelling and the Shapiros wouldn't $$$)Cecil or ANDREW? Andrew was Jason's FATHER...Monica and Miles could be Jeff's Uncle and Aunt and Jason's HALF SIBLINGS????? EW.... Alexis had an affair with Jason but....WHEN? She had an affair with Cecil when married to Blake (they weren't sure Fallon was Blake's), when did she bang his brother? Also.... Jeff was cousins with Monica and Miles anyway....his mother Francesca and their mother Sable are sisters.

Apparently off camera John and Max got on ok(the story was EVERYONE got aLong with John James..JJ)....John thought it was cool that Max could change his Brit accent to a pretty fair Southern California dialect. He even said later when The Colbys was cancelled he wished Max couldve gine over to Dynasty as well.

That’s not the story I heard. I watched an interview with John James on “The Colby’s” DVD 📀 collection, where he said he and Maxwell Caulfield DID NOT get along very well. And that Max was “.....EXTREMELY method acting” and that he was”Miles Colby” both on and off camera 🎥. He also said the season cliffhanger where Miles was in a terrible car accident was( in reality),,,, a way to show Max that he was indeed, expendable,,,,,and if he didn’t “reel it in” and behave,,,,, then Miles would have a horrible accident and Max would be off the show. JJ said not many got on with Max.....

@@Mr.EmeraldTheGreen Well JJ tends to remember it more fondly now I think (his dry humored commentary about the shows are a blast to hear )He still respected Max. My understanding is Chuck HESTON didn't like Max..... Max HIMSELF said that if there WAS a season 3, he thought that Miles might indeed die in a Porsche crash. JJ said he wished they would've brought Max over to Dynasty too along with Tracy Scoggins and Stephanie. But they did have Miles/Max in the reunion movie which many aren't even accepting as Canon.

@@maestroclassico5801 That’s very true,,, I wasn’t expecting to see Miles in the reunion. I was glad though, I really liked Miles, even with all his flaws. As for the reunion,,There are parts of the reunion that I try hard to ignore, like “Fake Adam”. Here’s yet another example of the show runners killing the show. For them to not shoot around Gordon’s schedule, so that they would have the real Adam Carrington, instead of a lousy recast. I saw an interview with Gordon who said the only reason Robin Sachs got the job, was he fit all the wardrobe, so they didn’t have to have any new clothes for him.

The Colbys started with such potential and with a great introduction on Dynasty and such a great cast, but, in my opinion, plot lines dragged on for far too long and also became repetitive (eg s1 - choice of Miles or Jeff, s2 - the baby is Mile”s or Jeff”s, s1 - Sable or Frankie, s2 - Frankie but Sable keeps meddling in Jason’s life), hence could not keep me interested, especially in s2. Although very promising in the beginning, The Colbys never kept me hooked like Dynasty did in its early years (s1-s4) and I would rate it even below what I consider Dynasty’s weaker years (s7 part2-s8)… :(

I think the Miles Fallon / Randall Jeff triangle was very ridiculous I think it would have been more suitable to bring Amanda Catherine Oxenberg or Sammy Joe Heather Locklear as Miles love interest and they really should have never brought Channing in either neither girl suited Miles I think that Amanda or Sammy Joe would have been a better fit for Miles and kept Fallon and Jeff as a couple

​​@@ajs41Fallon and Jeff were about to re-marry, but Fallon started having bad headaches. On their wedding day, her headache was so bad that she ran out of the house and rushed away in her car. She had a collision with a truck and she disappeared from the place where the accident happened . She was declared dead. A few months later she found herself in a foreign country with no memories at all. She called herself from that time on Randall Adams. But I don't remember, how she met Miles. After she got her memory back, she said that she was captured by Aliens. That was so ridiculous and in my opinion this story was the beginning of the end of dynasty.

I started watching Dynasty from the beginning several months ago I’m currently on season 6. “Randall” was in Los Angeles at a greyhound bus station heading to Denver when she saw a newspaper with miles on the cover of at a polo match and his last name Colby sounded familiar to her and she went to the the race track to seek out Miles Colby.

I thought Emma samms rocked in this storyline! Her acting was very good as fallon struggling to regain her memory! Thinking she was Randall! I really Don't think Pamela sue martin would have been any good doing this storyline!
