im from calgary and moving to vancouver soon too! i went there a couple months ago and you should definitely try hiking the “chief” and take a day trip to stanley park if you havent yet.

Nice place. But whats the monthly rent? Vancouver is not a cheap place to live. FYI - Make sure your adorable dog doesn't go on the balcony. He can easily go through the rails.

Its $3400. The railings have glass you cant see actually, thank goodness! its safer than it looks. I was scared of that at first too
