I highly doubt legal action would ever be taken in their friend group. I mean, if legal action was taken on anyone in the sidemen or in their niche, it would literally kill all of their careers. Think about what happened to Johnny Depp, then realize that he was one of the best actors in the world, and the sidemen are just a bunch of weirdos who get paid to entertain people on a website. Yes, the sidemen is a brand now, but Sky Inudstries, for instance, was also a brand and we all know what happened to Adam. Not to mention that everyone from that niche is dead now (metaphorically. I'm sure they are all alive, but their channels are dead. You can see deadlox on a tiny channel, but literally everyone else has disappeared.) Plenty of KZbin groups turned brands have had legal action taken against them and it literally cripples the Brand. It is literally the dumbest thing that you can do when you are part of a brand to take it to court. Not to mention, that if someone outside the group tried to take legal action, it just wouldn't hold up in court. For reference, look at literally any online drama within the past 5 years. Mini lad, for example, was basically deemed guilty, by the internet, of grooming, which is a serious crime, and yet it was never taken to court. People care more about fame, then they do about justice, and when you go after a Brand and not a singular person, it's pretty much impossible to gain any fame from it. Rice gum had tons of allegations and it became his downfall, however JJ has had dozens of Allegations and none hold up because too many people can say, "yea that didn't happen". Deji's track is what caused the family strife that made JJ take a long break from his family, cause (And its not covered in the follow up disstrack) JJ and Deji's parents let Deji take a screenshot of JJ's banking info, and JJ saw that as a massive invasion of privacy, because one, it wasn't true what he said, that money wasn't to pay for the wedding, it was a gift to Randolph and his wife for being a great friend, and two, he didn't give them permission, and they didn't even ask him. All of this started because on Sidemen family fued, Randolph made a joke that Deji's KZbin channel was dead, and Deji acted like a spoiled brat and just threw a bunch of petty insults at Randolph, and calling him nothing more than KSI's bitch, hense the "KSI's bitch I've been let of the leash" line.
