I sympathize with your situation. The authorities should definitely be helping you. I have health problems and like many people have to wait weeks to see a GP face to face. It is unbelievable.

"Kids make noise"....YES they do BUT this is clearly a sign of lazy parents who dont take their kids out to release all that energy...i would never allow my son to bang around,drop heavy objects, at 7 years old i STILL tell him no excessive noise...people share walls so everything needs to be monitored..ESPECIALLY MUSIC..doesnt matter the time of day because everyone has different schedules or dont feel good and may not want to hear all that crap...🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
