Yes, very complicated na ngayon regarding status ng residency in Canada 🇨🇦. During our time, “permanent landed resident” agad ang visa issued by Canadian Embassy in Makati. So it’s up to that person to make his/her own life in Canada. We were doing well after 23 yrs we moved to US through company sponsored employment visa. We only have to prove we’ve professional degrees and issued working visas at the US border and after some years became US citizens including our children. So times have changed. Just follow the rules and eventually things will work out if it’s meant to be. Good luck to you guys and enjoy the holidays with your family and keep your faith strong ❤.

I think that update is really intended for Indians, because if you're an international student and not an Indian, then you would’ve had an idea kung anu yung nirerequire ng IRCC..may time ka na asikasuhin o ayusin yung requirements na kailangan nila..it doesn’t make sense if its applicable to all IS

I don’t think kung kailangan ang mga international student na pumunta sa office ng IRCC ay hassle parang masyadong marami agad kayong angal if kung mag higpit sila super angal din kayo. Pasalamat kayo nadala nyo agad ang family nyo even student visa kayo dito before walang ganyang privilege.

Since you are a registered nurse, I suggest to consider taking NCLEX & pass it para may fallback ka someday & since you said you still have 2 years in Canada as international student - do not waste time, act now... highly in demand pa rin ang mga registered nurses dito sa USA due to aging population of BABY BOOMERS... forget about the graveyard time & instead FOCUS because someday you will see I was right & besides you are still young... as you said, "huwag kang magpakampante..." mas maganda dito sa USA as compared to Canada when it comes to income & health insurance & outright GREEN CARD (permanent resident) ka & your family !

@@franksaria8835 IF not a registered nurse then it is not real easy; BUT, if you are one then just pass the NCLEX exam & apply in USA... waiting time is less while in Canada as compared to the Philippines... she has 2 years more as international student to prepare as FALLBACK... less STRESS & ANXIETY as compared to being an international student... Canadian rules are changing every now & then... I have lots of friends in Chicago who passed the NCLEX & left Canada for USA... I myself is a registered nurse in Chicago; but, am old (64-years-old) to continue to practice my profession... my daughter passed her NCLEX & is now in Texas... sa akin ay unsolicited advice lang & still your decision !

IF you are NOT a registered nurse then it's not real easy; BUT, IF you are one then you are the lucky one & several miles ahead of everyone... registered nurses are needed in the USA & everywhere in the world as compared to other professions !
