Make sure you use the Rit Dye that says Synthetic on the packaging. That will work better for the doll hair.

Or you can try actual hair dye that is ammonia free. Just dye individual strips.

@Jackie Cook DON'T use human hair dye on dolls. Dolls have plastic hair, it will not work. Just use rit dye for synthetics. And you can only go darker, can't go lighter.

I don't know if anyone mentioned it, but apparently the fake nails from the Zuru Mini Fashion balls are actually mini nail stickers! Because of this, I am genuinely curious if it would be possible to put them on a doll's nails as faux nails, but that would probably be a whole challenge.
