I can see how the game would probably end... 1) they got infected by the parasites due to cannibalizing. And will die 2) they got hunted by the government due to them escaping/murders. (cctv) 3) the cult catch them cuz they will recognize Andy for he did not use a robe back then, and he will be used to lure Ashley to summon a demon and them as a sacrifice. 4) Andrew will probably meet his ex and Ashley will kill her for the trinket, Andrew will probably: a.) Accept her being sacrificed b.) Andrew will stopped Ashley by killing her because he still has feelings for her ex ("she still lingers on") or that other ending where Andrew kills Ashley and then himself. 5) "THAT" ending (or it will happen in the middle of the story but not yet the ending) They said that the consequences of their actions have not yet reached them and they WILL eventually come. THE title does says "The coffin of Andy and Leyley " so either happy ending (which probably won't happen) or the Bad ending where they died

The parasite ending won’t happen because there was no parasite, their parents just sold their kids off to get their organs harvested or some shit. As for the ex thing, I mean… does he have feelings for his ex? Like I don’t doubt that he cares for her but wasn’t the whole point of their relationship supposed to show that Andrew is kinda just as manipulative as Ashley. His ex was literally a fill in for his sister because he’d rather pretend to be normal and use this poor girl (who’s best friend he and his sister killed btw) than comes to terms with the fact that he’s in love/wants to f*ck his sister. And even then despite that the dude still runs back to Ashley the moment she calls leaving his ex in the dust. (And let’s not even talk about the whole hair thing to make his girl look more like his sister, lol) To be honest the only ending I see happening is Ashley and Andy get together or they both die in some way.

I would still say that them murdering their parents was the act that crossed the line. They should have taken their anger out on the water company, besides it is still up to debate how involved the parents were, the water company has no standards to go by and go against morality and probably the law so it was still possible that the parents really thought they had parasites. The father seemed more oblivious and a lot less harsh to the kids so he likely did not know. The mother likely knew more about the evils of the water company than she let on. The parents being neglectful, toxic and the suspicion that the parents sold them off is why Andrew does not feel guilty on the Burial route. Still, it was unwise and could have drawn bad attention to the two of them. No way to spare the parents was the right move for the purpose of an interesting narrative.

I disagree. Ashley's assessment in this situation is, I believe, right on the money. They had tried to call their parents for weeks if not months, telling them that they were being starved only to be ignored, even after receiving their death certificates. The parents had no excuse to believe that something was wrong but actively chose to ignore their own kids who they had condemned to die. The alternative you propose is, frankly, ridiculous; how on earth are they meant to take on the _water company_ when they up to that point have a cleaver, a single gun, no knowledge of where to go and no money left to use? And besides, they just eliminated the hit man that was sent after them, and it was implied that whoever did hire them was totally confident in their ability and would not need to pursue the matter further, so Andrew and Ashley are now officially off of the water company's radar, so getting right back on it seems unwise, especially with an uncharged trinket. Immediately after they eliminated the hit man, they knew what they needed: money, and a way out. The only place they knew they could get money was from their parents, which is exactly what they did.
