He wasnt ruined by the overheat, he just got outdated with all the bad maps released/reworked being bad for him.

@@KatyaAbc575 You know I've never even thought about this but yeah, this is also a big part of it. Went and checked out a video from 2019 (kzbin.info/www/bejne/fIOllZaojLqjrJI) and in comparison: -Chainsaw while sprinting now takes up more screen space (this is even worse when you factor in that he's using Shadowborn here for MORE FOV) -Forced camera angle after a sprint lasts longer -Heat distortions cause visual clutter -Everything just seems so much more smooth in general

@@fredrik5832 I'm not talking about strength factor personally. It just feels unfun and super frustrating that you have to look out for it whatsoever. Strength wise not much has changes but he's just not as fun as he used to be

He's not wrong though, there is a bug where survivors will occasionally just do quiet fast vaults. I've seen it happen from both sides and I run QNQ on exactly zero survivors.

@OhTofu i dont know if anyone else feels same way but a suggestion for these vids could be changing the setting in the randomiser so that the offering chosen is forced to pick a map only. That way its not some random bloodpoint offering and could spice up some of the builds even better or worse!

Well to be fair randomizing an addon for a map is the same as just letting the game randomly pick a map

Tofu is honestly one of the best youtubers on the platform. the way he can play the game as efficiently as ever all while explaining exactly what he is doing in-game is amazing to me. my brain can't even remember my input for vaulting :(

I am in the small minority of survivors who get extremely happy to see a billy and will absolutely refuse to throw any pallet, curve my ass! Unfortunately, they're not used to the practice and either end up just m1ing or will give up after awhile :(

I played my first game of Billy for a daily and had a great game where I got a 4k on mother's dwelling and then I tried him again and could not land a single chainsaw hit on wreckers yard. I have not touched Billy since then and prolly won't be for a long while, he just felt so clunky and the chainsaw was awful against competent survivors

I always enjoy seeing a good Billy game in (current year). Also I feel you so hard on the warm-up aspect. Any time it's been a few days since I've played Blight, Billy, Nurse or any killer with an idiosyncratic power I'll just get demolished for a game or two before my muscle memory kicks in and I start dominating again.

There used to be grey and yellow rarity map offerings back in the day. You can no longer find them in the bloodweb and they only exist for the first few realms that came out.
