I watched a video of people in a Japanese pool where 90% had their phones in a see through watertight plastic bag... Ha! Your hair style when you recorded this looks really.cute on you! Depression is real and for most it is part of normal life with a guarantee of ups and downs. Of course, if it is chronic then seeking help is necessary. One great help to reduce depression is to go find someone to serve. Service to others helps us in a sense "forget ourselves" and focus on others. If you find an elderly woman on a park bench...you can introduce yourself and ask how her day is going. You might be suprized on how much you can learn and benefit by those kind of experiences. I think you would really bless someone.like That. Your voice is very therapeutic if you will...and you come across as a very caring and loving person. God bless you in your young life Linh.
