I had to pause on the last second but i can see the fire hydrant. It's too the left of that bush. Id say in this case, they should have helped him push it out of the spot, the guy shouldn't have tried to fight them, and the judge should let the guy off the hook and paint the spot as a fire zone. I can see the hydrant but the curv isn't red and the spot isn't marked. I blame the city for this issue. Although both parties did stuff they shouldn't have.
