My favourite book of October was Frankenstein! Such a good classic. Outsider is actually the only book of Stephen King that I have read. I remember it was so strange and little scary but I hope you will like it!

My fav read of oct was finding hayes by Laura pavlov, it’s the final book in the magnolia falls series and it was just a perfect ending for the series! The briar u series is also on my nov tbr and I’m so excited to get to them! A Christmas book rec is Holly’s jolly Christmas by Stephanie alves, its dating coach trope with a bartender mmc, a cute found family, and banter for days lol its on kindle unlimited and it’s my most anticipated read for December along with Christmas at fox ridge by Bailey Hannah!

I've got a couple of books lined up for Christmas - Lovelight Farms by BK Borison and The Christmas Tree Farm by Laurie Gilmore (I didn't love PSC but willing to give this and Cinnamon Bun a go). May even read A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens again! Xx

My eldest daughter had The Girls as required reading at A-level. She ended up unable to read it and leaving the course part way through her final yr. I tried to read it but couldn’t get through the first chapter. The book needs trigger warnings. It sent my daughter into a downward spiral, mentally
