The 3 0 2 super monkey is shooting 2 1 0 sniper shots. For the m.o.a.b. class, the pops went up by factors of 7 only. The only projectile that is invisible is the sniper, and the only sniper upgrade that does 7 damage a shot is the 2nd upgrade on the top path. It has goggles to pop camo but no shrapnel because that would be visible and it would handle clumps of bloons like the blue bloons that took as much time to pop as a m.o.a.b.

no because a 2-0-5 the first path/ top path second upgrade is the ceramic killer and does 7 layers but the white bloon went from white to a blue in one shot so its a 1-0-5 sniper cause the first upgrade does 4 layers
