Ive always played on low graphics mode cause regular graphics just hurt to look at, the blur is painfull to see. Regular graphics look fine in videos but in game it hurts so much.

The reason why you aren't getting better fps is cause Roblox has the limit of 60 and I assume that you have a good enough PC to have 60 fps at high quality it doesn't show any fps change. Mabye and Fps unlocker could help.
