Ai has been rubbing the wrong way for a while too. Hell in my computer science class we had a assignment where we explained our thoughts and feelings about ai and about its future. The algorithm thing us definitely its own video. Being honest its just been getting worse and worse like recommend videos with 4 views all the time on your feed a 5 year old had made. Again thats its own topic. But I 100% share your values here when it comes to thus topic!

Tbh with situations like these becoming more common I feel like KZbin should take action and set policies for these AI videos, not to be the fun police, but mainly just to help protect people’s original work. I’m not saying have AI be completely banned off of KZbin, but have AI videos not allowed to have revenue, needs to credit the original source. This might be a bit of hot take too, but as much as people disagree with me, I feel AI work to be really lazy any ways and can easily be used as content farms unless it’s one of those few actually original AIs, point is, those guidelines should be there not to discourage the use of AI, but to discourage the unfair advantages it has to it and the way some people abuse it while also having content creators actually put in the work if they want to make a profit off of KZbin. As for people who have done original stuff with AI though, they’d be fine. I’m mainly talking about AI reuploads or AI things with little to no effort and can be done in like an hour with some decent editing skills.
