Excellent job on the General Lee, Ron. I have 5 of them in progress and thinking about scoring a few more. Almost got one from ebay that came with 2 of the Hardee's Camaro race cars. Would have jumped on it if it was bandit t/a's lol. Gotta keep close to an equal amount of both lol. I really need to find a some of the Smokey's cars. Got 3 Hazzard police cars, including the Ertl which was originally done for the Smokey and the Bandit set. One of these days I need to get a printer so I can do some decals. But after losing my parents over the past year and a half, I'm just doing what I can to keep my head above water.

I understand keeping your head above water, building these little cars helps keep me sane. I have Rosco's Sheriff car and the video drops in a couple of weeks, Cooters Truck and Boss Hoggs Cadillac still searching for Daisy's jeep, lol. Hang in there and thanks for watching.

@@SoMoDiecast been a few of those jeeps on eBay but damn they are awfully proud of them by the prices they're asking. I had to repair my Greenlight Daisy's Jeep a couple weeks ago. It took a dive off it's display and broke the windshield and the rollbar. Luckily I was able to fix it and it looks as good as new again

That is definitely a huge turn-around from its original condition Ron! 🥰 And thanks for sharing the information about those Rustoleum Chrome Pens, I will be looking into those now! 🥰 I am curious about one thing, will you be doing any videos about setting up, what to get, etc. for your hydrogen peroxide UV lamp bath for yellowed plastics? That is one thing that I definitely want to add to my restoration and customisation setup. 🥰🥰

Yes, I use a clear acrylic by Colorshots gloss on white and lighter colors and Minwax gloss clear on darker colors because it tends to yellow.
