Mic sounds good. The strap made a huge difference. I love the one man's dream exhibit!

I miss the Prop store selling items anymore. I used to buy something every year I visited. I have done the pin trading in there as well. Probably nothing left from the old celebrities………❤️🌴

Sound is crystal clear! I really appreciate the details you point out that so many pass by on their Disney videos! You and Molly from Mammoth Club are two of the most detail minded that I’ve seen. I’m someone who’s not sure when, if ever, I’ll make it back to Disney; so it’s nice living vicariously through these videos!

I remember when Sid's was a store. They had some amazing memorabilia for sale there. 20,000 leagues is one of my all time favorite movies. I think it's so cool to see real props from the movie in person when I visit studios.

I remember there was a room in Sid’s that sold paper items. Letters, post cards, autographs, and every other type of Hollywood paper you can imagine.

One of my favorite things to do there was go to the animation area and watch the artists. I used to love to think about doing that there🎨 loved the area that had all the art and sculptures on display. Oh hey, I just remembered one other thing that was a favorite of mine and has been long gone, but unfortunately I don’t remember the name of it. Maybe you have mentioned it before, but do you remember the little rooms (about the size of a walk in closet) where you would sit down inside, shut the door and put on headphones. The voice would tell you to shut your eyes and listen and it was this awesome experience that made you feel like you were in a barber’s chair getting a haircut and Mickey walked in and you could hear everything around you and it felt so real, but it was just the amazing sounds from the ear phones/headset ?! lol! Sounds crazy but it was my favorite. Does anyone remember this?! Lol

Yes! I remember! The Studios used to have more hands on experiences like EPCOT - you basically went to Disney to see both old school effects and modern special effects. What a perfect marriage

Great stuff. Thanks for sharing. Too bad few people take the time to see things like the stuff in the opening scene house. Now, since Disney lets too many people in the park and demand for rides is so massive, patrons ignore these hidden treasures on their way running to popular rides. Seemingly, only folks who do multiple days in the park have the time to take these treasures in.

My first job was working their at Backlot Express during the summer of 1990. They had the Dick Tracy movie premiere there at Pleasure Island’s AMC theater and catering chefs took over our kitchen along with many others.

Yes! They did say Meeska - Mooska in the song so maybe an episode referenced it
