Hi KO, Takes me back a bit this, as I experimented with randomly generated midi sequences and fed them into sound modules back in the 90s. You're doing a lot better that I did!!!!

Huh I thought I saw you said your setup still had some legacy stuff. Maybe you weren’t kidding lol. I dabbled a bit in high school (late 90s) with cheap keyboard and wave editor (built into windows)… but only recently started tinkering again. Tools that are available now are impressive for sure. I think this was just an experiment but want to have a little more unpredictability with randomness. I played it safe here one note at a time largely from one chord (E Major 9), then later just transposed. Ultimate goal would be more random while have minimal constraints informed by music theory to keep it sounding pleasant. For some reason I’m going to extreme lengths to not learn how to play piano lol….
