I love your quizzes but I highly disagree with the olive oil question. All oils are unhealthy. They are extracted from whatever food and all water and fiber is removed and you are left with oil which is the most calorically dense food on the planet. It is all fat and foods that high in fat are not at all healthy for the human body. Oils contribute to obesity which leads to diabetes and heart disease. For more info check out Dr McDougall, Dr Barnard, Dr Goldhammer, Dr Lisle, Dr Colin T Campbell who wrote The China Study. Giving up oil was one of the best things I ever did for my health. Look up The Starch Solution for great health guidance.
