are you sure about a 'very few' ?? just cause the teacher doesn't teach in English doesn't mean they don't know how to talk...youtube is an audience specific platform...and if you feel the english she talks is 'flawless' then you dont have an idea what people speak. look up some nptel courses I usually prefer talking in English... but the best courses in India turns out to be the one taught in Hindi Dont openly comment something like this. if you appreciate someone then dont do that by putting someone down.
