Reality shows can cause even more drama in order to appear more enticing to viewers so it'll be hard for them to stay unproblematic. Most reality shows are scripted but you have to make it seem like it's not awkward and kinda make it natural in some ways which isn't really working out for them esp dixie noah and dixie. Just my 2 cents.
