Also, I never use acf missiles but are they guided to Cam["HitPos",vector]?

Wire Target Pos on the missile to HitPos on the cam and Target Ent to your turret base

Not really the vehicle itself took maybe an hour to make, the doors open with car setang and the missiles are aimed via cam controller aim pos.

Why do you have your ammunition boxes in the sides? easy to kill with high penetration rounds.

High pen rounds will just overpenetrate cuz i doubt it has much armor

How'd you get it to steer and roll so smoothly? Mine always jerk when I try steering

This has a pretty powerful engine which gives it enough torque to turn without any effort and it has suspension which helps.

how do you get the wire mod egp cam to run so smoothly mine just bonces around the mad plus i am having a bunch of errors coming up when i spawn any thing with egp cameras

Wish i could tell you, ive just built so many tanks that all i know is that if i do it a certain way with the E2s i have, it works.
