A Challenging New Zealand Open Leads to a Last Minute RGC | NZ Ep 2

Golf challenges Erik Anders Lang and Luke Toomey at the 100th New Zealand Open. After missing the cut Erik has a round recap with Stuart.
EAL puts together a last minute RGC at Arrowtown Golf Club and asks fan Reece what's in the bag. Reece found some Miura wedges, Ben Hogan irons and an Arnold Palmer putter in a bargain bin at St. Andrews. The group plays golf until dark at which point Erik calls Arrowtown Golf Club his "favorite".

Hay Erik! Love the videos! You inspire me to keep playing golf and have taught me to play golf for the beauty of the game and the social side around it as opposed to the score. It has really helped me find love in this game. I am from New Zealand and I know you are probably really busy and all but there are some really cool courses around where I live that I would love you to play and possibly with me! I'm from Fielding in the North island but rangatira golf course is a stunning course not far from me. Rangitikei is also an amazing course that is one of my favourites. At my local club in NZ they run a friendly weekly comp where you can putt to either hole on the green, along with a few other novelty rules such as a free throw. Loved seeing you play Arrowtown! seriously underrated course.

Love that you made it to Arrowtown. It was my home course when I lived there for a year and absolutely loved it. Shows you that you don't need a monstrously long course for it to be good and challenging.

It is such a fun course! Loved playing there, so worth it. For a public course, really surprised at how good it was. The green on 10 or 11 that everything runs off though, that green sucks big time... lol...

Narrowtown as its known locally is a hidden fun golf course which is a real challenge without the usual tricked up golf course hazards

Arrowtown is such a cool little course. You start out with that easy down hill par 3 and your like, yeah, ok.. Then hole 2.. lol that narrow chute of a fairway and dog leg right at the end, what?? Such a quirky course. So glad you liked it, sorry about the NZ Open. If you can play Mill Brook or Jack's Point you will have some fun there as well. Queenstown course is nice as well. Thank you so much for your videos bro. You and the team are bauses!!!
